Returns and Refunds Policy

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect with the product.

Please be aware that buyer error - like misspelling on an order - does not constitute as a defect.  Before finalising your order, please take the time to review all your customisation details, changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

Please contact us within 30 days of the order delivery if there is a problem or defect, we will strive to support where we can; over 30 days and you may not be eligible for a return or a refund.

International orders - please note, the refund policy above applies.  In additional, depending on your local government, import fees and taxes may be applied.  This is for the customer to pay.  If you decline to pay the customs fees, your order will be sent back to us.  This does not entitle you to a refund as there is no defect with the product(s).
